Returns & Exchanges

At this time, Sugar & Sparkle does not accept returns or exchanges. Because many of our products are handmade or personalized, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging

If the mistake was ours, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun or your order has shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
